:: Trip to Chiang Mai ::

Since last year, I have started on a series of road trips.
Whether by car (like in Iceland, Spain, Australia, etc) or
By motorcycle (like in Penang, Danang/Hoi An, and now, Chiang Mai),
I enjoy immensely the sense of mobility offered by having my
Personal mode of transport.

This trip happened to be my third trip to CM, and certainly
It won't be my last visit to CM. I managed to visit a few new places,
Such as the Tiger Kingdom, the Elephant Training Camp, as well as a
Few interesting brunch places, such as The Larder.
In fact, the sandwichese they served were so excellent that
I went to the cafe for another time.

I originally wanted to bike over to Chiang Rai, but
Due to the unpredictable weather, I reckoned that it was highly risky
To bike 190km or 3.5 hours (one way) to CR in the wee hours of
The morning, and then bike back to CM in the late afternoon.
Hence I decided to put CR as a future destination - and to allocate
More time to explore CR and the Golden Triangle in greater detail.

Looking forward to the next road trip!

CM has always been among the places I long to visit but have yet to. Despite some feedback from others about it being quiet and boring, the pictures you took were anything but that. I shall make my trip happen in 2016!
