:: Matter of Perspective ::

There are two kinds of people in this life:
Those who walk into a room and say,
"Well, here I am!"

And those who walk in and say,
"Ahh, there you are."

ahh, THERE you are!
well, here I am!

there are more than two kinds.

sitting at the fences as always ....

There are people who execute plans, and those who only react to things...

I am neither.. I walk into the room and I ask for your signature!!

*spanks with a table tennis bat - butterfly brand*

i'd say "eee... where r d ppl i know. where? where? where?!"
just somehow bounced on to your journal.
thought i'd offer a 3rd perspective. geipo me.

May I offer a third kind of people:
Those, like me, who walk into a room and say,
"OK what am I doing here again? Somebody tell me please...?"

a glass half full of water, or half empty? it's just a glass of water dammit!!

"Er... Sorry wrong room!" :P

ooops.. sorry, couldn't see u.. or say 'hi' ;p~

this is a very eyes wide shut moment

and those who ask, does the room really exist?

Re: this is a very eyes wide shut moment

well, there has to be someone in the room first before both can say: well here i am/ahh there you are. what if the room was empty prior to their entrance? who are they talking to? to self?

correct me if i'm wrong, but for someone to enter the room and say, "there you are," he's looking outwards; i.e. he's seeking someone in the room and hence said that.

and for someone who enters the room and say, "here i am!" he's probably looking inwards, and expecting people to be expecting him.

What about people who walk into a room and don't say anything?
