Almost forgot. The Kimchi I've prepared a fortnight ago (already?!) is finally sour enough. Managed to do a stir-fried buta kimchi for dinner.

Didn't realised that I could add a little mirin and negi.

I have rarely seen the kanji version of oishii ...

hey i dun lift stuff off the net ok? although i must admit i had to briefly consult my very dusty copy of 新日本語の基礎 to make sure i got the form right... i have the habit of converting everything to kanji, find it easier to memorise... rusty rusty...

i like em smelly...

i put dried prawns and some cod liver oil inside too... and some apples and pears..... nyammm nyamm.. ok running to the kitchen to make some for a week later.
