Track Eight

It's actually track eight. Number eight. Track eight of The Hours Original Soundtrack by Philip Glass.
That track that is so relentless, so stirring that one can't help but sink into the abyss of desolation.

There's nothing wrong with sadness; nor pain.
It's just a sensation. When you're used to sadness, it bothers you no more. It becomes another sensation that you learn how to feel, to savour.
And then,
to let go.

Sometimes we need sadness to make us reflect upon ourselves and to treasure things or people around us whom we taken for granted.

hello, i enjoyed this track too, as well as track 10 and 14. :)

Didn't realise you would like the soundtrack too. It is a very moody soundtrack. First heard it when I was on the plane to London and then on the way back from Paris. Loved it so much that I bought it at Borders when I came back.

It's melancholic and brooding, yet stirring.
= enchanting. mesmerizing.
